Story

The Experiential Learning Lab (ELL) Program started as a series of workshops and evolved to become a comprehensive paid internship program in the South End community of Little Rock, AR, focused on providing trade-career focused opportunities for middle and high school students. It launched in the summer of 2020 and  focused on providing hands-on opportunities for underserved, BIPOC students living or attending school in the South End community. The program offers three components: community workshops, an internship, and a SUPPORT network- targeting a subset of BIPOC students-  the Black Girls & Women in Trade Careers group.
